How do I find the right size for my etnies shoes?
etnies shoes fit to your 'normal' shoe size. Keep in mind that the
Pro Rider shoes such as Arto tend to be a little more narrow than
other shoes such as a Callicut.
Do you have wide width shoes?
We only manufacture medium width shoes now. However, you may purchase a shoe
that is one size larger to compensate for the width.
Do you carry half sizes for kids and toddlers?
We do not carry half sizes for toddles but we do for kids (Youth).
What is the conversion between
women's and men's shoes?
The size conversion from women's to men's shoes is 2 sizes down. For example, if you are a size 7 in women's, you are a size 5 in men's. If you fall below 6.5 in women's, you fit into our Youth shoes.
Do you have petite sizes for women?
At this time, we only carry size small but not petites.
Why don't you
offer more colors?
We can only carry so much in the web store. You can design your
own shoes with a wide variety of custom color combinations by creating
your own custom shoes. Click on the link above to design
your own.
What if my size
is not available online?
We are always getting new shoes and sizes in the etnies Store so
be sure to check back within a week. You can also do a Search under
your specific size but clicking on the Search button located in
the top right hand corner.
How do I find styles in my size
only?
If you want to search by your size as well as by a specific color,
category or gender, click
