information?
Create a My Account,
which will allow you to update your personal information by selecting
Edit Profile. If you would like to change the information on an
order you have already placed, please call Customer Service at 1-877-4ETNIES
(1-877-438-6437) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT,
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our holidays are New
Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the
day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. You can also
e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@store.etnies.com
24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
How do I let etnies know about
my new e-mail address?
Simply log into My Account
and click Edit Profile. Here you will see an e-mail address field.
Enter your new e-mail address and click Update.
How do I unsubscribe from the
etnies mailing list?
Please click here
go to the unsubscribe page and enter your email address and
we will remove you from the list. Please allow one (1) to two (2)
weeks for processing.
