Site Cash and Online Gift Cards?
With Site Cash, you can create an account for someone that you add
more money continuously while a gift card is a one time gift.
Site Cash is a perfect way to provide a way for the young adults
in your life to be able to purchase from Etnies without having to
give them your credit card.
Site Cash is designed as an under-age money management tool, although
anyone can take advantage of it. Site Cash has the ability to add
funds to the same account. Online Gift Cards are one price and once
the amount is used the card is expired. Site Cash cannot be used
to purchase Design Your Own etnies, however you may use an Online
Gift Card to purchase Design Your Own etnies.
Can I have Site Cash or Online
Gift Cards mailed?
No sorry, at this time these products are electronic only.
I lost my Online Gift Card or
Site Cash Number. How can I get it back?
Simply log into your my Account and click on Online Gift Card or
Site Cash located in the left hand navigation. Here you will see
your card number for redemption as well as your balance and history.
Not sure what your username and password is, ask the person who
purchased your Online Gift card or Site Cash to resend your information.
They can do this from their My Account.
How do I know
how much is left on my Online Gift Card or Site Cash?
Simply log into your my Account and click on Online Gift Card or
Site Cash located in the left hand navigation. Here you will see
your card number for redemption as well as your balance and history.
How can I redeem
my Online Gift Card or Site Cash?
As you complete your order, you will view the Payment Page. This
page has a pull down menu called Payment Method. Simply select Online
Gift Card or Site cash and enter your card number (located in your
email or My Account) into the Site Cash/Online Gift Card/Coupon
field.
What happens if
my Site Cash or Online Gift does not have enough to cover my purchase?
You will have the opportunity to enter in another form of payment
including a credit card, Site Cash or Online Gift Card.
Can I add funds
to my Online Gift Card?
Sorry, you cannot add funds to your Online Gift Card. You can however
purchase another card. If you would like the ability to add funds
to an existing account, please check out our Site Cash product.
Can I use my Online
Gift Card or Site Cash at my local store?
Sorry at this time, the Online Gift Card and Site Cash are only
valid at the Online Etnies Store.
