Why am I not able to find shoes on your site at my
local store?
The etnies Online Store features the latest shoes in our line. As such, some
stores may not have received the same inventory yet. Additionally, all stores
make independent decisions about what etnies shoes they carry. Selections vary
due to customer preferences, region and many other factors. If you cannot find
a specific model at your local store, ask them to add the shoe to their
inventory or to order the model for you.
What can I do if I am having trouble finding a shoe
in my size?
Click on Search and search by your shoe size to see if we have shoes in the
requested size.
Do you have matching kids and
adult shoes?
Yes, our Callicut shoe is available for Men, Women, Youth and Toddler.

Unfortunately, we do not take special orders at this time, but we
would love hear what you would like to see.
When will new
styles or products become available on the etnies Online Store?
The etnies online store offers a large variety of the most popular
items in our program. You will also see some of those hard to find
sizes.
Please keep in mind that a large portion of all items will be changed
out several times for each season.
Unfortunately, we can not supply you with any models from last season
or several years ago. Product and colors you see on the site are
the only products available at this time.
