How do I place an order on the etnies Online Store?
We recommend you first register with My Account,
which guarantees you an easy and quick checkout process. Doing so will also
allow you to save your Wish List and ensure that you are added to the special
promotions list.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
YES. Using your credit card on the etnies Online Store is safe, because the
site is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We also never show your full
credit card number in your account information or on any confirmation pages.
What types of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Visa
and MasterCard debit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or
credit vouchers. We also cannot split a payment between multiple credit cards.
Can I use my debit card on your site?
You can use your debit card if it is a Visa or MasterCard debit card.
How do I use my credit card on your
site?
On the Payment page of the Checkout, enter your name exactly as it appears on
your credit card and fill out the billing address that appears on your credit
card statement. We need this information to take your order and validate your
credit card. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is
accepted. Please include your daytime phone number in case we need to speak
with you.
Do you charge sales tax on your
item?
By law, we must collect sales tax on items shipped within California, the state
in which etnies does business. As such, sales tax will be added to orders sent
to California addresses only. Shipments to California addresses are subject to
7.25% sales tax.
If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales
tax, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-4ETNIES (1-877-438-6437)
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays, and we will assist you in processing
your order. Our holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve
and Christmas. Please have all proper sales tax information ready
at the time of your call.
