When will my order leave your distribution center?
Provided we have no issues with processing your payment and have the merchandise you ordered in stock, your order will ship within two (2) business days.

What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation?
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted, as well as an e-mail to confirm that your order has been shipped. Please make sure that these e-mails have not been automatically routed to your Junk Mail folder.

If you still cannot find the e-mail in your inbox or Junk Mail folder, log on to My Account to view the status of your order and click on Edit Profile to ensure we have your correct e-mail address.

I placed an order and just realized that I entered my e-mail address incorrectly. Will I receive my order confirmation e-mail?
The order confirmation e-mail is automatically generated, so etnies will not be able to resend it; however, if you log on to My Account, you can view your order status as well as click on Edit Profile to update your e-mail address.

How long will it take to receive my order?
One of the advantages of ordering from the etnies Online Store is the etnies 5-Day Delivery Time Guarantee: (Does Not Apply To Custom Shoes) We guarantee you will have your merchandise within five (5) business days from the date you placed your order, or shipping is free. PLEASE NOTE, this guarantee does not apply to Ground Shipping. It only applies to our Standard 3 Day Select and Overnight services.

When you place an order from the etnies Online Store, we will process your order within 24 business hours. Usually, orders received by noon will be shipped that day. You will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number and an estimated date of arrival based on the shipping option you choose. The tracking number will allow you to check the exact status of your order 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week via the etnies Online Store. You may also call Customer Service at 1-877-4ETNIES (1-877-438-6437) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. Additionally, you can e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@store.etnies.com 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

How can I check the status of my order?
When you placed the order, you received a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and carrier. Click on the link to Track and you will receive detailed information on the status of your shipment.

What should I do if I placed an order but did not receive an e-mail confirmation?
If your e-mail service is a free service such as Hotmail or MSN, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder to ensure the e-mail did not go to that folder. If it did, be sure to select etnies as a valid e-mail address so future e-mails from etnies will go directly to your inbox. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, you can log on to My Account to view all of your orders in the Order History.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we only ship to the 50 United States.

Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Sorry, at this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

On what days do you ship items?
For all Web orders, regardless of shipping method, we ship out on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery to residential addresses on Ground Shipping only.

Do you offer Sunday deliveries?
No, deliveries are not available on Sundays.

Does etnies ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Do you offer Will Call for Web orders?
No, we do not offer Will Call for Web orders.

How do you ship orders?

We use FedEx to ship most all of our orders.
For 2-3 Day Select, delivery is Guaranteed within 5 Business days after order placement or Shipping is FREE! (Does Not Apply To Custom Shoes)
* Orders completed Monday through Friday before 10 A.M. Pacific time ship the same day.

Can I change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped?
We are not able to cancel your order, even if it has not yet shipped. Once you place your order, it begins to go through our automated system to provide you the fastest method for receiving your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that in the majority of cases our fast processing time works to your advantage. If you have questions about your order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-4ETNIES (1-877-438-6437) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. I placed two separate orders. Can they ship together?
In order to get the order sent to you as soon as possible, we process orders quickly through our system. As such, we are unable to adjust the shipping or packaging once you place an order.

Why am I not able to see my tracking information on FedEx.com?
Once your item is in FedEx’s system, you are able to track it via FedEx.com. If you are having difficulty tracking your item through FedEx.com, please make sure you have the correct tracking number.

What should I do if I have a problem with an order I placed?
