do I find the right size for my etnies custom shoes?
We strongly suggest that you order
½ size LARGER than your normal shoe size. Because of the
quality of the shoes, padded tongue and collar and STI FOAM tm Level
2 cushioning foodbed with heel support, our etnies shoes run a bit
smaller than normal shoes. We cannot authorize returns for
size variances.
What can I put as my Personal
Custom ID on my Custom shoe?
You may submit a combination of letters, spaces or numbers for your
Personal Custom ID that will appear on your Custom shoes (up to
7 characters maximum including spaces). On occasion, we must decline
Personal Custom ID’s. If it contains profanity, inappropriate
slang, or violates someone’s copyrighted material, we have
the authority to decline your order. If your Personal Custom ID
is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified
via email.
etnies reserves the right to cancel any Custom shoe order after
it has been submitted.
How many letters
can I include on the personalized part of the Custom shoes?
7 characters maximum.
Do you have
wide width for custom shoes?
We only manufacture medium width shoes now. However, you may purchase
a shoe that is one size larger to compensate for the width.
Can I pick a
certain style of an etnies shoe to personalize?
At this time, the etnies Callicut, Sheckler, Digit and Fader shoes are available for customization.
Are the etnies
Custom shoes vegan? Are there any options to leather?
Unfortunately, at this time, the etnies Custom shoes are not vegan.
In the future, we may carry custom vegan shoes. However, we do carry
a variety of vegan shoes in the regular etnies line. For the most

Why are the Custom
shoes more expensive than the regular shoes?
The Custom shoes are made to order for each individual person. This
takes more time and requires special materials.
Do you offer the
etnies Custom shoes in youth or toddler sizes?
Right now, we offer the Custom Callicut, Sheckler, Fader and Digit shoes in youth sizes. We currently do not have any custom toddler shoes.
What sizes are
available in Custom shoes?
For men's sizes: 5-15 in the Callicut
5-14 in the Sheckler, Digit & Fader
For women's sizes: 5-11 in the Callicut, Fader & Digit
For youth sizes: 10c-6c in the Callicut, Sheckler, Digit & Fader
Can I buy Custom
shoes with Site Cash or a Gift Card?
Site Cash cannot be used to purchase Design Your Own etnies, however
you may use an Online Gift Card to purchase Design Your Own etnies.
