Can I return or exchange my etnies Custom Shoe?
We start building your Custom shoes immediately, therefore no cancellations, modifications or returns to your order are possible.

What if I'm not pleased with my personalized shoe?
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors that you see may depend on your monitor. We cannot authorize returns for color variances.

What happens if there's a manufacturer’s defect with my Custom Shoes?
Our custom shoes go through a quality control process before leaving the factory. However, if your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly refund unworn merchandise that is in it’s original packaging in good condition within 15 days from the date you received it. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
