will my Custom Shoe order leave your distribution center?
For the Custom shoe, it takes 6-8 weeks.
Why does delivery
take 6-8 weeks for the Custom Shoe?
Once we receive your order, we build your shoes from scratch, materials
need to be prepared. Every etnies Custom shoe is made to
order, which takes more time than usual.
How will my Custom
shoes be shipped?
All Custom Callicut shoe orders will be shipped FedEx Ground. Once
your order is completed, we will provide a FedEx tracking # for
you to track your shipment!
What should I
do if I did not receive my custom shoe order confirmation?
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive
an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted. Please make
sure that these e-mails have not been automatically routed to your
Junk Mail folder.

How do I change the
ship-to-address on a Custom Shoe order alreay in production?
To request an address change, please call 877-4-ETNIES between 9AM and 5PM PST.
Although we will make every effort to deliver to the new address, address
changes cannot be guaranteed. Orders already in transit may be subject to
a $10 carrier processing fee. We cannot be held responsible for any lost
orders resulting from address change requests. |
