Program?
The etnies Refer-A-Friend program is a promotional program for our
current etnies customers. However, new customers are more than welcome
to sign up and join. If
your referred friend signs up from your link and makes a purchase
on the etnies e-store, you will receive a certain percentage of
your referred friend’s purchase (of product only, does not

How do I track my referrals?
Use the Refer-A-Friend Points in the “My Account” section
to keep track of all of your referrals. The Refer-A-Friend manager
will list all referral activity as well as the status of each referral.
The Refer-A-Friend manager will reflect when credit has been applied
to your account, number of users assigned to your account, the current
percentage you are earning for rewards.
How many people
can I refer?
You can refer as many people as you wish. There is no limit.
Is there a maximum
amount of Site Cash that I can earn?
Yes, you can only earn a maximum balance of $200 in Site Cash. However,
if this Site Cash is used, you can keep earning new Site Cash, but
the balance cannot exceed $200.
Does my Refer-A-Friend
Site Cash rewards expire?
Yes, so use them up fast! The Site Cash that you earn expires only if your account is dormant for one year (no referrals and no purchases are made against this account for one year).
What if my friend
doesn't want to participate in the Refer-A-Friend program?
As a part of the e-mail sent by etnies.com to your referral on your
behalf, your friend will be able to opt out of the Refer-A-Friend
program. By opting out your friend will no longer receive any promotional
e-mail communications from etnies.com.
How do I get my
$5.00 Site Cash when I first sign up to the Refer-A-Friend program?
The very first Site Cash earned for a referral purchase will be
increased up by $5.00.
How does my personalized
Refer-A-Friend link work?
You can copy and paste this link to your personal web page (example
MySpace, Friendster, etc.) or send it to your friends. When your
friend clicks on your personal link and makes a purchase, you will
get the credit!
How do I know
how much is left on the Online Site Cash?
Simply log into your My Account and click on Online Site
Cash located in the left hand navigation. Here you will see your
card number for redemption as well as your balance and history.
Can I transfer
my Site Cash to another person?
No, you will not be able to transfer the Site Cash to anyone.
Can my friend
be international?
Unfortunately, at this time, the etnies Refer-A-Friend program is
only available for your friends in the United States.
Can I use my Site
Cash at the etnies Outlet Store as well?
The Site Cash that you earn on the etnies Refer-A-Friend program
can only be used online at the http://store.etnies.com
website. It can also be used for purchases towards My etnies (custom
shoes)!
How long does
my friend have to purchase once I refer him/her?
As long as your friend uses the link that you provided, they will
always be able to linked back to your account. There is no time
limit to when they need to purchase once you have referred them.
